	補  胎  方  法 

	1、將輪胎需要補的傷口表面處理干凈，做好記號。

	Clean the tire surface around the wound and mark.

	2、用打磨機將傷口表面打毛，面積略大于傷口。

	Roughen the wound surface with grinding machine and roughen area is slightly larger than the wound.

	3、將生膠與汽油調好的膠漿（或用熱補膠水）用毛刷均勻地涂在打毛處。

	Scribble the glue combined with raw rubber and gasoline( or hot repair glue)  evenly on the roughen area with a brush.

	4、剪好適當大小的生膠，將它填補在傷口上，如果傷口較大，將生膠重疊一下。

	Cut the appropriate size raw rubber and put it on the wound. Overlap the raw rubber if the wound is large.

	5、將燙頭壓在生膠上（如果可能可以在生膠上墊上一層薄的鋁板或鐵板），盡量將傷口對準燙頭的中央，壓緊絲桿，固定好輪胎。

	Make the hot head press on raw rubber (if possible,pad a thin layer of aluminum or iron on the raw rubber), try to align the wound with the center of hot head, pressscrew, fix tires.

	6、硫化結束時（大約10分鐘，硫化時間根據硫化面積而定），人工關掉電源開關，松掉壓胎絲桿，卸下輪胎，完成整個補胎過程。

	 Turn off the power switch with hand after vulcanizing.loose tire pressure screw, remove the tires, and complete the entire tire repair process.
